top 5 tips for going outside
Here are my top 5 tips for going outside:
Be sun smart. Slip on a shirt or slop on some sunscreen and slap on a hat … no sunburn for us.
Wear old clothes. I always wear my old clothes so I can get as grubby as I like.
Wear sensible shoes. I wear gumboots or tough shoes when I go outside.
Turn on your senses and curiosity. Be on the lookout!
My last tip for going outside is … go outside!
