gratitude pebble
Choose a special pebble to be your gratitude pebble. Hold your gratitude pebble in your hand at the end of each day, and think about something you are grateful for and that has made you happy. Your pebble helps you remember the good things that happen every day. It doesn’t have to be a big thing. Sometimes it’s the littlest things that make you the happiest.

Now it’s time to sing along to my song “little things”.
“Each little thing that we do everyday makes a tiny difference each time. Each little things by itself isn’t much, but if each of us helps it’s just got to add up.”
make a happy nature face
Go outside and make a happy nature face. Or if you can’t go outside, you could paint or draw one.

Here’s your take away mission … go outside find a pebble and adopt it as your gratitude pebble. Take a picture of it and add your thanks to our world.
Post a pic or video to social media use the hashtags #dirtgirlworld #iamoutside to make sure I discover it! Or you can post it on the Kinderling Kids Radio and dirtgirlworld Facebook pages. Just check with your grown-ups first, as different families have different rules for social media and we are totally cool with that.
